What Identicore keeps about you

When you play on Identicore, the server records your in-game name, your Reforger player ID and your IP address, and when you join and leave. We use this only to keep the server fair and running: to look into reports, enforce bans and fix crashes.

• Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
• Moderation records (warnings, kicks, bans) are kept while the action stands and for 12 months after.
• Saved loadouts are kept until you ask us to remove them.
• Stats, when we start them, are published only as totals and heatmaps, never as one player's movements.
• We don't keep chat logs, and we never sell or share your data or send it to anyone else.

To see what we hold about you, or have it deleted, email support@identicore.uk with your Reforger player ID. We reply within a month. Records needed for a ban that is still in force are kept until it ends.
